Sharing the Weight
By: Rebecca Boardman
Series: (All)
August 7, 2016. Guest pastor Rebecca Boardman, from Lutheran Campus Ministry, brings us a message today on bearing the weight. If we took on all the pain and all the hurt in the world, we would be crushed under the weight of it. Sometimes we can become insensitive, complacent, or apathetic to the world around us. But the Gospel beacons us to be ready. God meets us in the broken places, not in the perfection of what we will receive. We are all in the family of God, and he calls us to love and cherish one another.
