Beginning September 7th, our nursery will be staffed by two CLC youth each Sunday morning. One will be a lead attendant of at least high school age, and one will be an aide at least 12 years old.

 

This is an exciting change which enhances community amongst our youth and families, provides good work experience for our youth and is cost saving for our congregation.

 

1. All youth 12 and up who are interested in helping with childcare as an aide (assisting with the childcare leader, paid $14.00 an hour, work from 10:15-11:45 on Sundays (see more here) and apply if you haven’t already!) should sign up  here or let Katie Ciorba or Kate Hoerchler know what dates you are interested in. 

 

2. All youth 9th grade and up and who are interested in being a child care LEAD (managing the nursery from 9:15-11:45 and paid $16.00 an hour) should apply  here and  let Katie or Kate know what dates you are interested in. For the lead position, we are hoping to have consistent dates that you will work (for example, first Sunday of the month).
